Sorry, should have been clearer. If the issue is the plots you need to delete the actual image files (.png by default). The image files are generated at different frequencies depending on the period covered by the plot(day plots every archive period, month plots every 3 hours, year plots every 24hours). HTML files are regenerated every archive period. So if left long enough it would come good by itself.
