Thanks I will load sqlite3 so I can audit my data file.  I do have one 
remaining problem.  I don't think that it has anything to do with WEEWX but 
if I find the solution I will post it here because other may be affected.


I am running WEEWX on the latest 3-13-18 Stretch on a new model B+ PI.  
Every 24 hours I loose my wlan connection with an Expired RA.  A static IP 
is assigned in the router.  I use up to three PIs running headless and 
until now I have never has this problem.  There have been no changes to my 
router or network.  I posted the problem on the PI forum.  I really hope 
there is a solution and not a work- around.
