Disabling Bootstrap (you might describe Bootstrap as a weeWX extension or a theme that consists of a number of weeWX skins) should be as simple as disabling its component skins in weewx.conf. In weewx.conf locate [StdReport], there should be a number of subordinate [[xxxxx]] stanzas that call various skins. I believe the Bootstrap skins are named [[SmallImages]], [[BigImages]] and [[HTMLPages]]. To disable Bootstrap delete or comment out (leading #) these stanzas in their entirety. Probably safest to comment out the lines just in case. Save weewx.conf then restart weeWX or do a config reload. Monitor your logs to confirm no Bootstrap files are generated. Note that this only disables Bootstrap, all the files are still there, weeWX is just not using them.
As long as the [[StandardRepot]] stanza is still under [StdReport] your standard skin files should be generated as before. If you run into issues I suggest you post a sanitised copy of weewx.conf along with a log extract showing any errors.
