Hi Holm,

Good that WU is uploading, at least that means there is internet
connectivity. Perhaps it is a translation issue, but under the [StdReport]
[[FTP]] stanza in weewx.conf the correct password config option is password
= not Passwort =, similarly you have skin = FTP but the FTP skin folder is
in fact Ftp under a standard weeWX install. Case and spelling matter here.
I would normally expect to see something like this as a minimum:

    [[FTP]]
        skin = Ftp
        user = xxxx
        password = xxxx
        server = xxxx
        path = /path/to/use

If this is indeed a translation issue and your weewx.conf does in fact use
password
= and skin = Ftp then we will need to check other things. Can you FTP to
your site using another application? With the same crentials/settings as in
the [[FTP]] stanza? That will prove the credentials/settings in use.
Otherwise we can look at the weeWX log for clues. Edit weewx.conf and set debug
= 1, save weewx.conf and then stop/start weeWX. Let weeWX run for a couple
of archive periods and take a log extract from when weeWX starts until a
couple of archive periods have elapsed. Post the log extract. Might as well
also post a copy of your weewx.conf with any sensitive info eg
passwords/user names/addresses obliterated.
