Where did you find Aercus WeatherRanger 2.3.8 firmware on their site is last version 2.3.3? I read on some forums that ambientweather Ws-1002-wifi is the same hardware as WeatherRanger and some two other brands. Some people updated with ambientweather firmware. As far as I know you can still reverse to original firmware. But didn't tested yet.
