You're not giving us much to go on --- no log and no wunderground station
ID.

Most likely this is a WU problem.

Still, if you want to check exactly what weewx is sending to the WU, you
can go into weewx.conf and set debug to 2:

debug=2

This will log the actual URL being sent to the WU.
