Just went to nuke the NOAA directory from /var/www/html/weewx/NOAA and discovered that all the files seem to exist, however on my WebHost the only contents of NOAA are NOAA-2017-04.txt and NOAA-2017,txt. So it's not the creation of the file but the ftp upload that isn't happening!
