Hi Robert, There is an excelent guide which helps you installing and configuring meteotemplate. Google for meteotemplate wiki and you will find it. The introduction page mention several ways how to get help. After you unzipped meteotemplate you should upload all the files to your web server. You can upload to the root public_html but better create with filezilla a subfolder template and copy all meteotemplate files and subdirectories to this folder. Then start setup via command: http://name-of-your-webserver/template/setup.php
