When running weewx I'd get an import error for "_imaging" in the syslog.
It's a common error with a lot of Google results, and a commonly
recommended solution is to install Pillow, which did it for me. That said,
it was a long troubleshooting session and things got confusing, and it's
very possible it was user error.

I'll experiment the next time I install from scratch to see if I can
reproduce the error.
