There is no driver for either the Digital Sensor, nor the Raindrops Sensor.
You would have to wire them up to the RPi, figure out how to talk to them,
then write a driver.

If you already have a weather station and your intention is to augment the
data, then you would have to write a weewx service to read the data from
the sensor and add it to the data coming from your weather station.

If you have skills in Python these are not hard projects. But, if you are a
rank beginner, expect it to be challenging.
