Hello,
I have tried to recover my account on the web site.
Both email addresses that I use,
[email protected]
[email protected]
were rejected as not recognized.
I then tried to create a new one twice, using
[email protected]
but the system never sent the confirmation request email that I was told
to expect.
What is wrong? Can you assist?
