What do you mean by “arriving at the right password”? https://auth.documentfoundation.org is an authentication portal. It currently serves only 2 purposes: password changes, and redirection to/from services to authenticate to. If you access it directly it shows the password change dialog only because it has nothing else to show, not because you need to change your password. Anyway it's normally not useful to access the authentication portal directly. If you want to access AskLibO then go to (and consider bookmarking) https://ask.libreoffice.org .
