Hi Mark, maybe you just got not the matching WOLips-Version?
I had similar experience after updating my Eclipse Version to 3.7. Conservative as I am I first tried the stable WOLips version (appropriate for Eclipse 3.6). Just after switching to WOLips current version (appropriate for Eclipse 3.7) the problem went away.
