Hi Frédéric,

It is odd that you don't get 1.4 exceptions in Eclipse, because I regularly get 
compiler exceptions on other people's code that was compiled for 1.6 while my 
Compliance Level is set to 1.5.

Did you do a complete clean and rebuild of the workspace?
