Thanks for your very kind words David. But to be VERY clear, I am simply 
standing on the shoulders of giants here. Anjo, Mike, and all of the folks that 
laid the groundwork for ERD2W and D2W already solved most of the difficult 
problems and deserve the lion share of the praise. I just got to copy their 
examples and give it a pretty face and some front-end sugar.

I don't know how many times I set out to solve a problem, spent a bunch of time 
figuring out what needed to be done, only to discover that particular problem 
was already solved (and in a more elegant way than I'd conceived) in the 
frameworks. Wonder is an amazing (and humbling) chunk of code to get to work 
with.
