The hotel allow us to adjust the size of the room block on May 26,
June 26 and July 27 so that we don't pay a penalty if the room block
is not fully used. And I need to tell the hotel which room we will use
for the Community Evening ASAP, so I created a small survey that ask
only two questions : when are you going to book your room and what are
the chances that you're coming to WOWODC :
When are you planning to book your room at the hotel?
• Before May 26
• Between May 26 and June 25
• Between June 26 and July 28
• I don't know
• I will stay at another hotel
What are the chances that you're coming to WOWODC?
• Less than 25%
• Less than 50%
• Less than 75%
• Less than 100%
• Count me in for sure!

preparations and make sure that the room block is big enough. You can
