I am using the caseinsensitiveLike however I can not
get the global '%' to work...

EOQualifier newQual =
EOQualifier.qualifierWithQualifierFormat
("(client caseInsensitiveLike [EMAIL PROTECTED]) AND (isComplete =
0)", arg1);

notice the %% (escaped percent). What could be wrong
with this??
