EM uses the classpath defined in the project the model you're editing
is in to determine how to call EOF -- Is the model's project setup
against 5.4 or 5.3?

EM just calls through to EOF to do this ... What DB and what Plugin
are you using?
PostgreSQL 8.2.5, PostgresqlPlugIn.jar from the WOnder framework,
not sure how to get a version on the latter. It worked just fine the
last time I ran SQL generation a few days ago. Between then and
now, I upgraded to Leopard, WO 5.4, Eclipse 3.3.1.1, WOLips nightly.
