CUSTOMERFIRSTNAME VARCHAR NOT NULL
Hmmm, isn't it traditional to give these a max length as in
CUSTOMERFIRSTNAME VARCHAR(50) NOT NULL
Perhaps your model is not complete yet?

Anyone have any ideas?
