Tools:
Enable the CSS Image Resolution feature for the development
builds of the GTK port.
* Scripts/webkitperl/FeatureList.pm:
LayoutTests:
Remove the failure expectation for the fast/css/image-resolution directory,
the single layout test inside it now passes.
* platform/gtk/TestExpectations:
