Web Inspector: Elements: refresh styles after failing to edit a CSS grouping

Reviewed by Timothy Hatcher.
A rejected CSS grouping header edit leaves the next stylesheet change marked to
be ignored.
Undo restores the inspected page but leaves the displayed declaration unchanged.
Clear the ignored stylesheet when the grouping edit finishes, including when
the backend rejects it.
