Log Message:
-----------
ImageLoader's list of available images lookup should use the partitioned
memory cache
https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=327203
rdar://189778787
Reviewed by Alex Christensen.
ImageLoader::updateFromElement() checks the list of available images through
the memory cache before
deciding whether to defer a lazy image. That lookup runs before
CachedResourceLoader::requestResource() has set shouldBlockThirdPartyStorage and
firstPartyForCookies on the request, so it looks in a different cache partition
than the one the
image was stored in and misses an image that is already available.
Set both on the request in ImageLoader before the lookup so it uses the same
partition.
