[list-marker] Add support for text-combine-upright on ::marker

Reviewed by Antti Koivisto.
Only text from a DOM node could become a RenderCombineText, and a marker's text
has no node, so it was always
plain text. Now marker text (from list-style-type or content) becomes combined
text, and gets rebuilt when
text-combine-upright changes.
