[list-marker] 'content' does not work with the accessibility tree

Reviewed by Tyler Wilcock.
RenderListItem::markerText returned nothing for a ::marker with `content`, so
the list item's line was read
without it. Return the text the marker's content renderers hold, or the
content's alternative text when it
has one.
