[GLib] Add platform baselines for render tree dumps that differ only in text
metrics
Unreviewed gardening.
The GTK and WPE bots produce the same output for these render tree dumps,
and the diff against the baseline in use is limited to text run widths, line
heights and the layer geometry that follows from them. Where no other port
evaluates the generic baseline, the generic file takes the output; otherwise
it goes under platform/glib, replacing the gtk-only override where one
existed.
compositing/repaint/become-overlay-composited-layer.html keeps a Pass Failure
line: its box is moved by 0.2s transitions sampled with 250ms timers, and on
the EWS workers the dump sometimes runs before the box has moved back.
Generic baselines updated, no other port evaluates them:
