  [cmake] iPhone com.apple.WebKit.WebContent.EnhancedSecurity crashes on startup

Reviewed by Zak Ridouh.

On device, WEBKIT_IOS_EXTENSION signed every process extension with the fixed
WebContentProcessExtension.entitlements. WebContentEnhancedSecurityExtension
thus carried com.apple.developer.cs.allow-jit and lacked
com.apple.private.webkit.enhanced-security, and crashed at launch in
JSC::ExecutableAllocator::disableJIT().

Device builds now generate each extension's entitlements with
process-entitlements.sh, as Xcode does. Simulator builds keep the fixed file.

Fly-by: comment said the iOS process extensions use fixed entitlements, which
is no longer true for device builds.
