[WPE] WPE 1.1 API build fails with a redefinition in WebKitEnumTypes.cpp
https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=324973
Unreviewed build fix.
310697@main added WebKitFaviconDatabase.h.in to the WPE API header
templates, but PlatformWPEDeprecated.cmake, which the 1.1 API build
includes on top of them, still appended it too. glib-mkenums then
generated webkit_favicon_database_error_get_type() twice.
