Merge the two copies of WKBackForwardListTests.mm into one

There are two copies of WKBackForwardListTests.mm in the repository
currently, when there should be one.
- Tools/TestWebKitAPI/Tests/WebKit/WKWebView/WKBackForwardListTests.mm:
Where things should be post-310630@main.
- Tools/TestWebKitAPI/Tests/WebKit/WKBackForwardListTests.mm:
It was resurrected because of a merge back in 316143@main.
The latter is not building in the tree anyway, so let's migrate all its
unique content into the former.
