Test loading with second web view in
TestWebKitAPI.SiteIsolation.MultipleWebViewsWithSameOpenedConfiguration

When this test was written ~2 years ago there was an issue that has since been
fixed.
I also remove 2 FIXME comments in OpenWithNoopener. We are checking the origin
before
commiting the first navigation, at which point it is correct to have an empty
origin.
