[WPE] Update environment variables documentation after
WPE_DMABUF_BUFFER_FORMAT rename

The variable was renamed to WPE_BUFFER_FORMAT in the WPEBufferDMABufFormats ->
WPEBufferFormats
rename (bug #303474), but the documentation still mentioned the old name.
