Update test expectations for passing tests
https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=318183
Unreviewed gardening.
Some of the tests that were removed as consistently passing still fail
on x86_64, so restore them scoped to that architecture (they pass on the
arm64 bot). The WebRTC ice-state and the WPE-only failures are moved to
the port-specific expectations where they actually regress.
