[WPE] Disable ENABLE_SPELLCHECKING in perf bots

Follow-up 313825@main.
Changeset 313825@main, enabled spellchecking for WPE which requires
'libenchant-2-dev'. That change broke the build for WPE Perf bots.
Disable spellchecking in all WPE perf bots configurations.
