[WPE] text-decoration-line-spelling-error- tests fail on WPE

Reviewed by Adrian Perez de Castro.
Test 'text-decoration/text-decoration-line-spelling-error-2.html' was
fixed as part of '313825@main'. However, other two tests filed under the same
bug were still failing.
In order to fix the remaining tests for WPE, it's necessary to slightly
increase in the tests the threshold value of 'totalPixels'. After that,
expected and actual test results look visually identical.
