Reviewed by Said Abou-Hallawa.

Adjust fuzzy pixel tolerance for pathlength-002.svg which has a
constant IMAGE failure.  The test's allowed fuzziness was
max_difference=0-1, total_pixels=0-50 but the actual difference is
max_difference=1, total_pixels=57.

No new tests since no change in behavior.
