fast/events/draggable-div-customdata.html is passing on macOS WK2

Unreviewed test expectation gardening.
Currently, this test is skipped on macOS WK2, but the test is passing
locally for me 100% of the time.
I think we have brought up the prerequisite EventSender/WKTR support
that was cited as a reason to skip in webkit.org/b/42194, and so this
patch un-skips the test.
