[hanging-punctuation] hanging-punctuation-first-001.xht WPT fails

Reviewed by Alan Baradlay.
The test assumes the quote size is 1em (`.hanging { left: -1em }`). Measure the
quote size instead of making that assumption.
It also places a line break too late in one of the reference, fix that bogus
difference, unrelated to the main purpose of the test.
