[GTK][build.webkit.org] Remove GTK bots for Wayland-Tests and
Skip-Failing-Tests

Reviewed by Carlos Garcia Campos.
This two bots are not useful anymore, so remove them as that helps to simplify
the matrix of testing. A detailed explanation is on the linked bug.
