[Skia] Set the SkPath used for drawing canvas as volatile

This is beneficial because we always construct new path objects when
painting with the Canvas API, and because they will not be reused,
telling Skia to make them volatile disables internal caching which has
an overhead that won't be amortized when the SkPath is used only once.
