Support Swift demo feature on older Xcode

Remove an unnecessary reference to WTF from the WebKitInternalCxx module. This
is not necessary (it was just for testing, which is now being better acheived
in separate CoreIPC work) and prevents building of the Swuft demo feature on
public 17B5045g Xcode.
