Another speculative build fix after 302256@main.

Unreviewed build fix.
Previous exclusion of x86_64 ports for HAVE(OS_SCRIPT_CONFIG_SPI) did not work.
Need to exclude all simulator ports instead.
No new tests because this is a build fix.
