[JSC][GLib] Allow using a system-provided unifdef when building JSCOnly

Reviewed by Adrian Perez de Castro.
This adds a private build option allowing us to choose the system
provided unifdef rather than the built-in one. When cross-compiiling
WebKit, the built-in unifdef might have an incompatible architecture.
