[GTK] Fix build on GTK3

Reviewed by Fujii Hironori.
We include the MatchPattern header in the main webkit.h as long as any
GTK is enabled, but the header is only included in the final build if
GTK4 is enabled.
Only include the MatchPattern header if GTK4 is enabled.
