[JSC] WASM IPInt SIMD: Fix X86_64 fmin, fmax, swizzle edge cases

Reviewed by Yusuke Suzuki.
The Wasm SIMD spec test found these edge cases weren't implemented
correctly. Fix them to match BBQ implementations.
