[Site Isolation] [iOS] Enable http/tests/site-isolation/key-events.html by
using UIScriptController.keyDown

This test was previously skipped because iOS lacks eventSender.keyDown()
support. However, we can just port the test to using similar primitives
provided by UIScriptController, instead.
