SwiftUI_SPI module as needed.
* Source/WebKit/Platform/spi/Cocoa/SwiftUI_SPI.swiftinterface: Added.
* Source/WebKit/Platform/spi/mac/AppKitSPI.h: Declare the NSScrollPocket
interface we are using from AppKit SPI.
* Tools/TestWebKitAPI/Tests/TestWebKitAPI/mac/AppKitSPI.h: Ditto.
