[MiniBrowser] Add --site-isolation flag to run-minibrowser command.

Add --site-isolation/--no-site-isolation flag to run-minibrowser script. This
forces
MiniBrowser to run with or without Site Isolation for Mac port. This allows
developers
to test WebKit's site isolation implementation more easily.
