Adds UA Quirk for open.spotify.com on iPad Mini

iPad Mini users are being blocked because of the UA string. This patch
makes it possible for iPad Mini users to receive the iPhone version of
the Spotify website, which would be better than the desktop version
given the form factor of the iPad Mini.
