The remaining position-visibility-anchors-visible-chained-004.html failure
appears to be related to differences
in position-area implementation between us and Chrome.

(WebCore::Style::AnchorPositionEvaluator::isDefaultAnchorInvisibleOrClippedByInterveningBoxes):
Check the chained anchors too.
