Unreviewed test gardening.
* LayoutTests/platform/ios/TestExpectations:
The entire `media/modern-media-controls/tracks-support/` folder is skipped in
OpenSource expectations, and unskipped in Internal.
Consequently, the "Timeout" specification here has no effect. Remove it.
