[Test Gardening] Several PDF API tests need not be disabled on debug iOS
configurations

Unreviewed test gardening.
Some FindInPage tests as well as UnifiedPDF.ShouldNotRespectSetViewScale
were disabled (along with other tests) due to webkit.org/b/288401, but
were not re-enabled as part of 292311@main. This patch completes the
re-enablement process.
